These computer laboratories will serve to decrease gaps in access to devices and the Internet by supplying public computer access for individuals with impairments, Marylanders without irreversible home (i.e. unhoused), veterans, and our incarcerated & returning residents. The program offers grants of approximately $65,000 for up to 100% for the production, upgrade, and/or retrofit of computer system labs/centers throughout Maryland.
