These computer system labs will serve to minimize spaces in access to devices and the Internet by providing public computer system access for individuals with specials needs, Marylanders without long-term residence (i.e. unhoused), veterans, and our incarcerated & returning citizens. The program offers grants of up to $65,000 for approximately 100% for the production, upgrade, and/or retrofit of computer system labs/centers throughout Maryland.
